    15 Things To Live A Better Life as A P&Ger (zz)

    1. Say “good morning” loudly with sincere smile to people when walking into office every morning.
    2. Get up to drink a cup of water/coffee/tea and talk to somebody when feeling tired in office.
    3. At least 2 days a week, leave office on time, no OT.
    4. Have at least one group activity with P&G colleagues every two weeks (a big lunch/dinner, KTV, etc).
    5. Have at least one group activity with non-P&G friends every two weeks.
    6. Have dinner with parents at least once per week if they are around you. Call them at least twice a week if they live in other places.
    7. Kiss the love one before going to work in the morning and after coming home everyday.
    8. Buy a gift to the love one every month (no need to be expensive, a bunch of flowers will be good enough).
    9. Buy a new cloth for yourself every month (no need to be expensive, a cool T-shirt will be fine).
    10. Spend at least 30 minutes per day with the child if having one.
    11. Spend at least 20 minutes to do “stretch exercise” (伸展运动) everyday (can do it at home before going to bed).
    12. At least do one BIG exercise every week (running, badminton, basketball, football, etc).
    13. Touch the nature at least once per month (mountain walking/climbing, go to a park, etc).
    14. Do a non-business traveling to a new place at least once per quarter.
    15. Take at least 10 working days vacation per year.
